I had an urgent job: fridge freezer full of food for a family Christmas dinner the following day, yesterday Saturday.

Jefferson attended within two hours of phoning him and mended it. He arrived when he said he would. 10/10 for communication. 10/10 for reasonable price. I also gave 10/10 for the other category on CheckaTrade reviews but they were unable to verify me as I don’t use text and they don’t use email to verify reviews.

Should the need arise he will be my first port of call for the other domestic kitchen white goods in the two IKEA fitted kitchens that I have.

Jefferson was an absolute hero! He came by incredibly quickly when we needed him most and sorted us out, all while being very helpful and instructive. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we’ll definitely be calling again the next time something breaks.

Extremely professional service throughout! I recently hired Jefferson for a few jobs in my flat regarding my dishwasher and washing machine. Communication was excellent — he kept me updated on arrival times and delivery progress, and responded quickly to messages. Pricing was honest and transparent, and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. He was also very helpful and friendly. Our Washing Machine stopped producing hot water. I called Hot Cold Appliance Repairs via checkatrade and Jefferson answered. Luckily, he had just had a cancellation and was able to come round in about an hour. He identified the issue which was a broken element, had a replacement which he installed and then even provided long term maintenance tips and showed us cleaning powder to use. A really great service, great price and a ton bloke too. I 100% recommend their services!

I was due to go overseas for an important work conference when my washing machine locked full of water and clothes inside. I called this company well past buisness hours and jefferson attended first thing the following morning (day of my departure) and resolved this for me, I was so grateful. Jefferson came to look at my fridge freezer within a few hours of calling him. Very upfront with price and although he couldn’t fix it he was very professional and honest about my options. Would contact again in future.

Really pleased as my washing machine is now working perfectly. I had thought that it was an issue with the lock, as the lock sign had disappeared on my machine and my electrics kept tripping when I would start a wash. Turns out that it was the water heater.

I called on a Saturday, they arrived on a Sunday, and the machine was repaired in under 1 hour. Reasonably priced as I paid the call out charge plus the price for the part fitted.

We contacted Jefferson as our oven stopped working over Christmas. He responded very quickly and managed to stop by the same day. He identified the problem and needed to order a part in. He temporarily fixed our oven so that it was safe and then got in touch as soon as the part had arrived and fixed our oven quickly after that. Jefferson was friendly and honest and we appreciated that he explained the issue clearly and that he was very responsive. We highly recommend!

Jefferson has come and done a couple of jobs over the last few months, first he helped fit a new oven and then this week he came to fix a faulty light in my bedroom. Really top bloke, did a great job and even stayed longer to ensure it was fixed after we realised there were actually 2 faults with the light. Will definitely use him again when I need a electrician.
